Posting simply ran out/expired.

Of course this could mean seller simply didn't bother to update/remove post after unit was taken. This seems to be a current trend and is quite maddening.

I am wondering if the inside is a corroded out water filled MESS!!!Maybe that is why you don't see a money shot!!NO old machine is worth $500 to me esp in that condition-just dragged out of the woods or the barn.This and vacuum collecting USED to be a low cost fun hobby-but now the greed is taking over-at that stage--NO THANKS esp if folks are offering 500 bucks for a dirty,unrestored possibly corroded out old washer!See this same thin on the vacuum forum-some folks offering that much for a dirty,corroded,missing its bag and attachments Kirby vacuum.Those sorts used to be FREE!!!Than it was kinda fun seeing what you got and fixin' it up.

I heard back (finally) from the seller on Sunday night. She had a pic of the tub - It was 3/4 full of water and looked rusty. She said she had done some research and found that the machine was worth between $500 & $1,200. I imagine she will have this machine for a while.

Todd - Washerlover lives "in the area" and has been in contact with the seller.  Sounds like he's going to pick up the washer and (what's left of) the matching dryer.  There's also a Frigidaire range of the same year & color available too.  See the thread in IMPERIAL.
