It is that time of year again folks,you know what I mean; St. Patrick's Day, and that means corned beef brisket along with cabbage and potatoes.
So what is everyone's favourite way of doing this dish? Does anyone make an extra brisket (or two) for snacks/sandwiches?
Shops in our area always put briskets on sale a few days before St.Patrick's day, so tend to wait until then so can nab two for a good price.
