Well, I made gingerbread cookies for the first time a few days ago. I hadn't done anything "christmasy" heretofore, so it was kind of fun... though it started to become work decorating and coloring the icing. By the time I was done, the kitchen looked like a tornado had come through it. Just wanted to share with forum friends... please have one!

Gingerbread anyone-WOW!!! love it!Decorate my ginger cookies-I devour them before the decorate things are made-even been known to eat the cookie dough!Esp when someone else is cooking them and I am there "Helping"by eating the cookies before and after they are cooked!Got to bake up my batch!!Loved gingerbread cookies and dough since I was little.Didn't some health expert say ginger was GOOD for you?the ginger bread cookies are SO GOOD just out of the oven!!!also have my Moms ginger cookie recipe-a favorite!!
