It's been for sale awhile
Looks like an early '70's model, just before they changed the control panel design. Not a bad unit, with the poly door liner and decent racks, seems like it had low use. But there is excessive rusting on the top, which may have compromised the metal. No silverware basket and a damaged timer dial as well.

I don't think GM was very interested in the DW line
Kinda feeble that they kept the upper rack design that accommodated the Frigidaire spray tube when they went to the standard spray arm system with tower.
Was the newer washing system that much better than the tube?
