Going to see a time capsule house...

I'm thinking of moving, and am going to see a time capsule house tomorrow...I'm including a pic of the GE cooking appliances.

What vintage and what color are these? They look too light to be Coppertone.

Late 50's, early 60's. Woodtone Brown. Went well with yellow, pink and turquoise. Discontinued with the intro of Coppertone.

I like the kitchen but the oven seems to be in an awkward place.  Could it be placed somewhere else?  Seems like a waste of space where it is.

The oven placement streamlined space and efficiency for the time. (my opinion)

The oven location is fine except for being adjacent to the refrigerator. This is less than desirable for two reasons - no counter space next to the refrigerator, and a heat producing appliance right next to it. Would be handy though if taking something out and putting it directly into the oven.
