Stick this on your souvlaki or gyro.
TZATZIKI is also known as talatouri.
This is exrtremely refreshing on a hot summer's day.
NOTE: works best with sour cream as American yoghurt is not as thick as Greek youghurt.
OR take American yoghurt and strain through cheese-cloth.
[Tie the bag to an upper cabinet door and place a bowl below.] What remains in the bag is a thicker yoghurt.

Helmans is Good also, but Miracle Whip just makes some of the best sammichs ever..

CNN and Money Magazine voted Beavercreek 84th in the Nation of top cities to live. Apparently we would have been in the top ten, but we have no town square.
Contrary to the picture you see in the link, we do not live in log cabins. That picture is of a log cabin in one of our public parks. Why in the world they stuck that picture in Money magazine, I don't know.
