Good News - I have mentioned my unemployment here a couple of times. I found a job with a pay increase from my previous job.

Bad News - 24 Hours after accepting the job offer, we found out that my wife has breast cancer, we are meeting with the surgeon today.

Prayer Request - Thanksgiving for my job, and for healing of my wife.

Thanks and Love to you all,
Jackson

Giving thanks is the beginning for windows of heaven to open up, but when you praise praise Him for the good and give thanks and praise through the bad, deliverance will come!
I'm here with you and other's joining in your need of prayers.

Oh no, Jax. We will certainly keep your family in our prayers. Congrats on the new job. You take care and please keep us posted. arthur/alr2903

Thanksgiving for my job, and for healing of my wife.

You got it! From here glad and sad too!

Prayers do get answered!

I will send a request to the church I attended in Houston where the prayers and faith of the congregation had a woman a wheel chair with a neck brace on who'd been thrown out of a car going 80MPH on I8 stand up,remove her neck brace and walk!! It was not a gimic. She'd heard of the many healings there and decided to give it a try. She became a regular member and her healing was 100%.

I am happy for the security of a job BUT..

my prayers are with you and your wife. I will be thinking of her as I walk the Relay for Life this Saturday. We need to put and end to this horrible disease.

Know that Chuck and I are thinking of you both.

The only phrase that comes to mind now (cleaner version) is

"Yippee/Poop!"

I am very glad you have a job again, Jackson, after that time without. Could not have been easy for you.

I am so sorry about your dear wife's medical condition. (You have posted pictures, and names,) so it's time for you to help Rhonda.

Big hugs to you all, and bigger prayers.

Lawrence/Maytagbear

So sorry to hear about your wife. Hang tough and support her all you can. My dear friend who is only 37 has already had skin cancer several times and recently has been diagnosed with cervical cancer. I don't know how she does it but she gets through it each time with the help of her hubby and friends.

Congrats on the job and the raise in pay-that's wonderful!

Larry that's a HUGE AMEN!! You said what I was thinking, your entire post, was just too early for me to coherantly formulate my thoughts lol.
