This is a Waste King. We had one for 21 years, and my aunt had one for 29. Not sure how long hers actually lasted, as it was left behind when she sold her house.
Could be low mileage. Not that that means it will clean worth a damn or that it won't cause damage to eardrums . . .
Worth $20 only for entertainment value.
Kelly Ridge is a community of mainly modular homes inhabited by retired couples or remaining halves of them. Many of the properties offer lake (Oroville) views from safely above dam level. Dave's parents moved up there in the late '80s but after about a dozen or so years relocated to suburban Sacramento to be closer to full-service hospitals.
KR is in Butte County, which is anything but beaut county. Chico, pop. 91,000, is the major urban center and has an actual shopping mall. Herb Caen once wrote that Chico is where you'll find Velveeta in the grocery store's gourmet section.

BOL that had a pop-up tower that "spritzed" the upper rack rather than a full-sized spray arm under the top rack.

Well if it lasted that long, maybe it was the SPRITZING that added longeviity. LOL. Just kidding. Well, it's good for a bar...glassware, maybe..downstairs, or wherever you might have a niche for it. ?
