I was going to get the matching dryer too, but the dryer wouldn't fit through the laundryroom door.  I got Model WTW6500SW3, no window on the door, can't watch it wash

this is probably a good think, can other things done instead of standing there watching my washer wash

I did a small load of whites first load, and my sheets (queen size) and blanket for the second load.  I seems really loud when it is filing, but after it starts to agitate it's really quiet.  I think the spin rpm's is 950, clothes came out a lot dryer than they did in my old Maytag 606.

I will post some pics after my camera batteries have recharged.

The dryer will fit through the door but you have to take the front off. In some instances you may have to trim the vent outlet.

The dryer is 29 1/2 inches I think, the door is not your standard doorway,  I'm keeping the WP dryer that I got a few months ago.  The washer just barely fit through door.  If the dryer didn't stick out so much in the back, it would fit through, LOL.

Jim bypass that lock...

I want to know how you like the machine and it would be great to see pictures..video maybe ?

Congrats on the reversing washing action washer !

I love it so far

I use the sheets cycle for larger loads, and normal for smaller loads.  It does an excellent job of water extraction, I noticed drying times are shorter even on the medium spin setting.

It's seems rather loud and slow when it comes to filling, don't know if that has something to do with the washer, or something with the plumbing.

I haven't had a chance to get a HE detergent yet, so I'm using about a 1/4 of a cup of Arm & Hammer powder detergent, I check after it's been agitating for a few minutes to make sure it's not over sudsing, and it's not.  I haven't used all the cycles yet so far I have used Sheets, Bulky, Casual, and Normal.

Is the extra rise, a full rinse or a spray rinse?

Control Panel Close Up.

dryer

thankx! alot more advanced than my whirlpool heavy duty. here in SA the speed queens have the "auto" dry programmes and the whirlpools are all timed. so sad because that looks like a really cool dryer :)
