but where do you set the water level on the washer?

Automatic, load sensing.  It uses a washplate instead of a regular agitator.

The sheets and bulky cycle use more water, than the normal cycle.  If I have large load of jeans, I wash them using either the sheets or bulky cycle.   The only cycles I haven't used yet are the heavy duty, whitest whites, colors, and delicates.

Matthew, it's a nice dryer.  I think it's a MOL.  The capacity of the dryer is smaller than that of the washer, but I don't really wash super large loads, so I think I will be fine.

i kow it senses the load but i was just wondering because here in SA all our digital top loaders sense but there is still a water level button if you want to set it yourself or just add a little more water

I think some of our front loaders might have that option, but I'm not positive.
