Jason, this is wonderful. Congratulations! Saw a post of yours on another thread, and was reminded of this thread and am happy to see how great things turned out!

Been listening to Peter Cincotti lately (great pianist, so-so voice, majorly cute) and one of his songs made me think of this thread. So I'll paraphrase (read copy):

Who do you think is coming to town?
You'll never guess who
The lovable, huggable Brianne Jones.
That's Miss Jones to you!
What if the rain comes pattering down?
My heaven is blue.
Massachusetts' sending me
Little Miss Jones--
That's Miss Jones to you!

So when do we get to see a picture of the Happy Couple? I'm a total sucker for a love story!

May 13th, 2006

We're planning for May 13,2006. I can hardly take in myself. Anyway, I plan on moving up there to Mass to get a job and find a house so we can live in.

I'll try to take her to the convention, she's not keen on washing machines like I am but I'm sure she'll enjoy seeing all the vintage stuff.

And I never thought anyone would love me. WOW!

Jason that fabulous! First love and now you will get to live in a northern state full of vintage appliances, you must be so excited! I think I see another large collection starting YAY.

Congratulations

Jason, I am so very happy for you both. You are truly a great guy and you deserve all the best. It's nice to see you so happy ... patience does have its rewards. Can't wait to meet your fiance! You Go Boy!!!!!! Todd

Great news Jason! Sooner or later you were bound to find the one who loves you. It's always worth the wait. And you've got a countdown to launch your life together. It might seem like forever until next May, but treasure every moment, these are the times you'll tell stories about many years from now. God bless you both.

And coasters too

And Mass is close to the motherland: Pennsylvania. Home of Knoebels Amusement Park as well as lots and lots of old coasters, appliances, and jukeboxes.

YAY! All of my prayers coming true at one time.

Last wash-in

My biggest congratulations to Jason and Brianne!!! There's also a few collections to play with in Massachusetts...YAY.

As for the last Louisiana wash-in, be sure to post when it is! I'd definitely like (and might be able) to go...

Jason, have you ever been to Knoebels?
We were ther about 7-8 years ago, on the way to Hershey Park, which is south of it. Both cool parks. Where in Mass will you be moving?
Jerry

KNOEBELS!!!!!!!!!

OMG, how many times have I been to Knoebels? At least twice a year since I started coastering in 2001. Knoebels is THEE place. It's like going home. The Phoenix is my #1 coaster. There's nothing better than the smell of cotton candy and the sound of the old Wurlitzer band organ pumping some 1800s tune.

Knoebels is a step back in time. Most of the rides there are 50+ years old. It's like a museum of rides from the past.

They even have a 1958 Seeburg Jukebox on display (non-working) but it's there to look and dream.

BTW, I'm moving to Groton, MA.
