You're in my prayers.
I got the vaccination yesterday, in a group of 10. My professional group (teachers, secondary/university/Meisterberüfsschule) is on the higher priority list, behind doctors and dentists, nurses, etc.
One of the teachers asked us while we were counting down our 30 minutes afterwards (anaphylactic shock) how many students we were down in our courses. All of us chimed in about 25-30%, getting worse from week to week.
Interesting. I only counted the four hours required I'm teaching this semester, it's normal for students to skip out on the middle of the elective courses when the other work gets tough...
Felt bad last night, had a fever and the chills. OK again today, just weak. Our little Faltblatt which they gave us to read (and sign off on, we are in Germany) (four pages, single-spaced) said that would be a good sign, that my immune system didn't have previous data on this virus and thus I was at very high risk.
Hmmm...
I have read that many places in the US only have vaccine for their bankers and top managers?
