hi dyson i'm a new member of the site...amazing site :)
a friend is gettin an haier slim line, and i have one in my second house. it's very easy to use, and works so well. there's a pic...your friend can get it!
anyway...so great site folks!

Which? said they were average - alright cleaning, poor rinsing and noisy.

If he wants to spend that amount - could get a low-mid range Zanussi, or Tricity/Bendix. Or a Beko, which may be better.

I'd stick to European manufacturers if I were you. Parts etc are much easier to find.

That company also has a terrible reputation for producing shoddy products. Perhaps it's improved, but I've heard there's a good reason why they're that cheap!
