You and Kelly be sure to let me know what else I can bring. I have an old Hoover vacuum I want to unload on someone there also. So far it's me, Tony, our dog, a Lady Kenmore portable washer, and a Hoover. Should I bring anything else like my KA mixer or a coffee pot to help out with?

Don't be shy. Just let me know what else you guys need!

I'm sure we'll be on the up and up but alas with our clothes on. Bring anything you want to share, trade, gift, repair and show off. Don't feel obligated to bring anything that's a bother. Words pale in describing the depth of Greg's collection.
 
The Northwest Trek

Ben, as much as I wish you were coming it would be pure torture to only have a weekend and then send you off. I think we should get plans under way for a grand pilgimage to Seattle that includes some of your running buddies.

Missing You All Already

I have met some wonderful people. I visit more with many of you than friends who are closer. I am so happy about the gathering this week end I can hardly sit still. Then seeing the posts from my friends further away makes me a bit sad. Its going to be like Christmas without all the kids at home. Wash Ins are a very good thing and should happen with more regularity or at least more often. I'll do my best with the camera Bob. I miss you.
 
Rumble and Roar

These little machines with the impeller in the bottom wash like crazy and the water action sounds like a monsoon. Are you a butterfly or bakelite?
 
YES!!YES!!YES!! I grew-up with that Hamilton Beach and I still want one! Don't tell Kelly because I like the HB better than a Mixmaster! I still have the book from my Mother's. My sister got the mixer and now it's gone. And you have a Corning electric! Oh the fun we're going to have! Greg
 
My friends are excited...

The mixers are looking forward to Kelly's expertise in lubricating and the Corning Electric can't wait to perk you a hot pot of coffee! (Must remember to bring disk filters)

Someone else wanted to come too but I had to tell them no, there is not enough room in the vehicle! It tried to woo me with its overflow rinse but I still said no!

Periods

I not its healthy to move a washer during periods of heavy flow.

So I hope you like Hamilton Beach mixers with clear glass bowls to compliment the stainless ones that come with a Chrome model K. Better than a Sunbeam? Indeed.

Raindrops are Fallin on my Head

Nothing like the first fall storm to welcome the washer club. All the better for staying inside, smelling the essence of bleach and Cascade while the sweet smell of pies wafts through the laundry room. We have enough food, enough appliances and enough trading stock to keep us enthused for days. Greg has done a wonderful job and put dollars to work in all the local grocery stores creating his own stimulus package. All day and all night, Angels watches over me my Lord and so the party goes right into Sunday Breakfast. Don't be shy we want to see you all.
