but no one else does. I don't get it. How can you like a Ruben and not corned beef with cabbage and red potatoes?
So, our red meat meal this week was a nice Mexican seasoned lean chuck roast, braised at 325 F. in my French ceramic dutch oven for 2.5 hours.
We had blue corn taco's, fajit's, black beans in brown rice, Christmas green tomatillo and red sauces.
