Having a Bocking good time

Hey guys I’m just currently messing around with my bock extractor, and I’ve currently got it on a variable frequency drive to run the extractor on artificial 60 Hz instead of 50 Hz
Either way it works great I’m just a little bit concerned considering I’m not sure if I can well and truly handle it but it appears to be working fine

We have an older 3 phase 11 hundred RPM extractor that is amazing, it needs some mechanical rebuilding but it is a lot of fun.

Great news I got video, one is VFD 60Hz one is mains 50Hz

Update, bad news

For some odd reason the VFD potentially had a short, I appear to have got it working although the other more Concerning issue is that the extractor now has some sort of knocking or thumping noise with it even when there’s nothing inside of it so I’m a little bit concerned and I’m hoping that it does not mean the end for it
