...the blender looks the same as the Foodmatic unit so I'm wondering if some of the other Foodmatic accessories will work with it. You are right about Ronson accessories, for awhile there were always a few here and there on ebay and sometimes on Craigslist...but now they are very hard to find. I had a Foodmatic in my house in San Jose and thought it was cool (although everyone thought it was a garbage shute.) I bought a system a year ago and ended up storing it in a trunk. I hope to either figure out a space for it in my kitchen or install it in a small rolling kitchen island cart.
Joe, if you ever do install the Ronson Foodmatic system, I have an original small glass mixer bowl that goes with the unit among the hundreds of spare bowls I have in the garage....
The Ronsons are a lot of fun, lots they can do. I have the countertop version with a few accessories, always did a nice job. I've been looking for the elusive Cook'n stir, came across a few on ebay but they got too pricey so I never got one. Someday...
