I'm embarrassed to ask this question, but I just got a 1966 Filter-Flo home and I'm trying to take it apart to see what's wrong and I've been stymied by an old-style plastic hub covering the bottom of the drive post and the washbasket nuts. The ones I'm used to have a tab at the top that releases it. This one has two square holes and two tabs on the side and I've tried pressing them in and prying them out and have had no luck. I don't want to break the part but if I keep prying with the screwdriver the plastic's going to weaken. Anybody???
