Help me identify my new Miele

I just purchased a Miele washer/dryer pair on Craigslist, although I'm pretty sure they are not an original pair. The control panel for the dryer is in German, while the washer's is in English!

I was able to get the set for $300, and thought it was a good deal but really have no knowledge of older Miele's. Both units are refurbished and in working order. I know there are a lot of vintage Miele fans our there. Can you let me know if you think I got a good deal and any other advice you may have for these machines. Here is what I do know:

Washer: W 1065
Dryer: T 372

ok, they aren't the latest models ... but they're mieles

The washer W1065 is a model made only 4 US/CAN markets. W10XX says it, nothing to do with the latest european/australian W1000 series that never have a zero as second digit (i.e. W1747)
If I'm not wrong it is a 230 V unit that can perform a real 200°F boilwash

The T 372 is a vintage (80s) european series (read 230 V - 3.3 KW) vented dryer (condenser ones always have the "C" after the number)
