I have an ancient GE chest freezer, it originally had a chrome latch handle, in order to pull the lid tight for a complete seal.
At some point in the past a previous owner removed the handle, so now I get frost build up around the opening.
My freezer is identical to the one in the image below. The handle mounts to the lid, and there is a peg that sticks out of the front of the freezer for the handle to latch over.
Does anyone have one of these kicking around?
