Help!!!

Can anyone help me? I need to change my profile, more specifically the region i live in... and have no clue how to do it.
It's probably easy but could do with a hand here.

Hi Peter,
Robert has made it very easy. Just log in to Discuss-O-Mat and click the View our members profiles (My link), there will be a button near the top of the page to edit your profile.
