H&C Coffee.>Any one ever herd of this brand?

Last pic...The street i would almost die to live one.. Very beutiful... The condo's/Town homes to the left are going for $355,000ish... Looked at one.. Very nice... No vintage appliances though

Is that a local brand? Love their sign. We have Seaport Coffee here in Southeast Texas, made by Texas Coffee Company. They also make the TexJoy line of spices. They have a pretty good steak seasoning that is a favorite down here. People who move away usually get friends to send them coffee and steak seasoning periodically.
