First year of The New Naturals, including "Harvest" (non-shaded version of what had been Harvest Gold).  The next year (1978) GE started covering the console with faux woodgrain.

Woodgrains are ok, but I like those natural. Nizeee.

That's essentially the washer same I bought April, 1978, except this has the spin/spray cool down on perm press but mine had the WP kind of cool down--a partial drain, fill with cold water, and agitated for another 4-6 minutes and then spin again before rinse fill. Nice Maytag dishwasher too!!
