I guess any help or direction on the part or machine would be helpful. My church uses it and I'm now on the maintenance staff.

AM9T-2

Looking for the Round Dial Type ?  I would say to try a Restaurant Equipment Supply House. Especially one that deals with used equipment.  If Hobart has one you'll probably have to pay $4,895.98 for one Temperature Gauge. (Just Kidding)

Just Kidding!!!

Eddie, you are always so funny! It isn't that expensive.
Dan, the part number that would cover the wash thermometer for your machine used to be 276923-6 and has been superseded by 437041-00003 which is the 8 ft capillary style and lists for 110.95
The most common one is the 437041-00004 which is 111.80 and comes with a 12ft capillary. These are much more commonly stocked at all the branches. Call you local office and they can sell it to you.

Hope this helps.
If there is anything else you need for that classic, let me know and I will see what I can find for you as the unit went out of production in the late 60's!

OMG Steve !!!

It just sounds like you gave the Security Code to Blast off a Nuclear Warhead. LOL "Capillaries ???"

I had no idea.

I'll be making an appearence soon.  Do you need any Tanks or Chambers ????

The thermostat is actually a push button style that is tied to the wash water tank element. Element is fine, but just replaced the thermostat. Church committe went with first guy they found(hobart service guy). He whacked.em good on the new part drop in and cost.

Now that Im here I want the maintenance dept. To handle these things in order to save some$ and to allow us to do what we were hired for. Committee's r problems and need to see everything so. I'm looking for manuals or pdf file diagrams, anything on this dishwasher.

Here is what I'm talking about. The reset button is supposed to be part of the thermostat that was replaced. Part cost was $350 plus 3hrs to install@ $45 an hour.
