I only paid $75 for my 54 Commander, a beautiful double oven design. And, unused? I think not. The Corox units would shine in the middle. I hope they take care of it, I don't think anyone's gonna beat their door down to purchase it at that price.

Used burners for sure. They need to drop the "1" and the comma from the price.

Still, as I posted on the pink Westy thread, those barely used burner elements are like gold for vintage Westy owners.

I swear, the parents of boomers (or their conservators/executors) are dissolving households like nobody's business lately.

Well thats too bad. Still a beautiful stove. But now knowing it was used Id say yea, overpriced.

Just looking through the stove window, it does appear to be in mint condition. Maybe that part wasn't used. Who knows. Oh well.

Thanks for posting this, Brandon. I would love to have this, as it's so similar to my '53 Westinghouse range. The handles are even the same - just the control panel differs. Mine has a wind-up minute timer; maybe they combined that into the clock for this model. The color is beautiful, too.

Agree the burners do look like they have been used, and they should have included pics with the door and drawer open, for the price they're asking.

If I were closer and/or it were not so expensive, I would seriously consider it. Hope they will come down on the price, and someone will take this nice range.

Used, yes, but it's super low mileage, as in driven by a little old lady every February 29th. Although the centers of the burner elements don't shine, the two on the right are still lighter than the coils themselves. With use, those center pieces will turn just as dark as the actual coils. That stove has definitely seen practically no use over the past 57 years.

That having been said, it's still not worth even half the asking price.
