I don't know if anyone can help me or has got one of these combi boiler programmers but just lately a service due message has come up on the screen reminding me that a service is due in a number of days. Well now it is locked & it won't let me do anything apart from a 1 hour override extention. I have looked at the instructions but it says nothing about how to rectify this. Does anyone know how to reset it or know of a special code number that needs to be entered. I know this is not a heating site but i thought someone maybe just be able to help as it's not that old & i don't fancy having to buy a replacement. Any feed back would be great!
