Hoover 0510 cheap to good home

I bought a cabin in Iowa and there was this old washing machine in it. I plugged it in and filled it with water. The washing agitator spinner spun good and fast. The spin dry tub spun hard and fast as well. I couldn't get it to drain.

I hate seeing stuff like this go to a landfill, any reasonable offer accepted so it gets restored or used for parts to make other old machines run.
