unfortunateley due to lack of space and the tumble dryer in the picture turning up at work i had to get rid of the 3022.........very sad........but as this ones an Electra (re-badged Hoover)this is the first time I have actually dumped an appliance, i did strip parts out of it though

I have also listed my D6008 on freecycle as I havent room for that one either.

And even worse a Servis Qaurtz 1000 came into another site I used to work at, visually in good condition, but there is just no way I could have taken it................

I feel bad about all this but needs must

Hi Gary.

Think you made the right decision in the circumstances.

There are, that i know of, 3 other orange/silver version 3022's in safe hands one of which is absolutely pristine. So they are securely represented in the ranks of preserved machines.

WOW!!!!!!
a D6E06 - FANTASTIC!

This was the match to my late grandmothers Electra A3E02 washing machine.

What is the date for this one Gary? I'd love to be able to position it in the 1970's - 1976/77ish?

Wonderful that a representative of this model is safe - dont let this one go.

Congrats on a good find.
