I have that exact machine in my collection. Haven’t used it in a while. Might have to take it out “for a spin” later today.

IIRC there is one or maybe two more somewhere on eBay.
Yes, it is good to take one's Hoover out for an airing now and then; keeps the seals and so forth from drying out I suppose. But after several loads the sheer volume of work is recalled and that is that.
