It's nice... not sure if it's Presto or Rival. I fairly certain Rival made the Hoover electric can openers at least a certain run of them as mine is identical to the Rival Can O Matic

Hoover percs are rebadged Presto's. One can see many similarities in the shape and style of the various pieces.

I have a Presto-branded version of this I found NIB...this Hoover looks like it's never been used too. Have you tried it yet?
