Hotpoint Customline oven help needed

Top oven of the double oven won't heat up on bake OR broil. I get a tiny bit of heat on the baking burner but that's it. Thermostat light goes on. Tried swaping it with new burners (they're plug ins) but to no avail. Bottom oven works just fine. Any help will be appreciated.

You Have either a burned-broken wire or a bad oven thermostat or selector switch.

 

If there is no timed bake setting on the selector switch it could be an incorrect clock setting or clock switch failure.

 

Most often if you open up the back of the oven and the control area you will spot the burned wire or burned loose terminal on the selector sw or thermostat.

Faulty common wire from the switch to the thermostat was the culprit. Replaced it with modern 12 gauge range wire and we're back in service. Thanks for the help combo !!!!
