I remember that exact Hotpoint dishwasher model very well in so many newly built homes in the NYC suburbs and south Florida in the early 1970's. It was definitely a builders model. I've remember it in harvest gold, avocado and white.

Other two dishwasher interior shots. That particular Hotpoint knob and characters around the dial reminded me of the Hotpoint dishwashers in apartment kitchens my sister rented in Houston that were originally built after 1966. The detergent dispenser reminds me of the Hotpoint dishwasher in my first apartment in college that was purchased around 1964-1967.

All of these appear to be in really nice condition.  Not outwardly abused at all.

Oven the real prize

That's a nice wall oven and cooktop - missing knob notwithstanding. Dishwasher though is nothing out of the ordinary.

That upper rack always looked like it should have been able to be adjusted to a lower position. A friend had this in his early 70s house.

Wash well, But you need to put them in the basement or outside, because they sound like a chainsaw and a garbage disposall running at the same time lol

I always thought these upper racks were reminiscent of a KDC14 and forward.
