Garlic stuffed prime rib
Lemon butter seared U-10 scallops
6 Cheese au-gratin potatoes in a 5 cheese supreme sauce.
Pan deglazed au-jus.
Steamed, buttered corn with natural sea salt and cracked peppercorns.
Apothic red wine-Katie
Cabernet Sauvignon wine-Nick

WK78, Miss Katie is a very lucky lady. No crowd, No line, just a FEAST. What please are u-10 scallops? Is that a count number per pound as with shrimp? Prime rib "resting" and red wine "breathing" is a mighty good kick for V day. Thanks
