Can someone please help? What am I doing wrong?
So I have this vintage General Electric standing mixer. I cleaned it inside, to get as many crumbs out. I put it back on and something just isn’t right. The stainless steel bands don’t stay on. Well they do but move and don’t stay lined up with the ridge. The whole metal casing is someone loose. I put it on without them and it’s much more snug. I stayed up for hours trying to figure this out. Many videos and no luck.
I’m praying that someone has an idea of what’s going on.
