I saw a news report on Nightline recently where they said that there is a major problem with bed bugs in New York. Something like 1 in every 4 apartments have them.
The exterminators are very busy. The report mentioned that it costs somewhere between $800-$1200. to get them out of your apartment and everything must be washed and sealed up before the exterminators get there. Obviously, bed bugs are very difficult to eradicate.

Looks like a coin-op Ipso WE series machine in the door way there. Maybe WE165, 234, 0r 304? Those machines look so awesome!
If I make it to Brooklyn again this week, I will take a Pic through the window to see what type of equipment they are running.
There was a REASON water usage was never metered in this city until recently.
The logic was to ensure the residents cleaned and washed to their heart's content, since we are in close proximity to one anohter; disease and infection control!
