Thank you so much for the scans. the rubber mount seems to be in great shape no cracks or tears. Is it ok to treat it with spray silicone to put some moisture back in the rubber? The machine is very solid over all just the hoses to the ocv valve were very dry. the hose from the washtub to the pump is very dry only on the bottom side the spinner side seems fine. Both Pumps were frozen I tried the hot water trick to no avail on them. I removed them and took them apart and cleaned them up. the washtub pump has tons of corrosion inside it's actually very thin in a few spots. Can I use jb weld to fill in the void then sand smooth? I ordered rubber gasket material to replace the seal that was perished. So hoping to give it a test wash in a week or so.

It holds water
I got the pumps rebuilt and replaced the hoses leading to the ocv. It worked great for about 1 minute. The pump tire disintegrated. One pump has a slight leak. The pulsator bearing leaks pretty steady as well. But it was nice to get it running. I also noticed the timer seems to have stopped counting down. Time to do a bit of shopping and see if I can find some extra belts and such.
