Cheese on a corned beef sandwich? (shakes head in shame).
So, maybe I goy it up once in a while. Comes naturally! But having the swiss sometimes is good, especially so if you then grill the sandwich a-la-reuben-style! Of course, that's if there's no 1000 island and sauerkraut in the house!

p.s.- I did forget to mentiion that I change the water after about the first 45-60 minutes.
