Earlier this morning after I got home from work I scrambled some eggs and sat down on the couch to relax. We after doing some more packing, I was hungry again and went to scramble some more eggs, but the eggs weren't in the fridge. I looked all over the counter, the stove, and still couldn't find them. Went to get some ice and there were the eggs in the freezer of all places, LOL.

I guess my mind was scrambled along with the eggs today.

How funny you should mention this! Last weekend I absent-mindedly put a partial bag of potato chips in the fridge along with the dip.

I also put my keys in the refrigerator every night, but that has some logic to it. I set them on top of my next day's lunch so I don't forget to take it to work.

My mom recently found her phone in her handbag at a restaurant. Nothing unusual there except it was her home phone - the huge 1990s Sony type that's about 14" long. LMAO

Recently

washed my wallet again. I was in a hurry..... My medical coverage card is an actual card, not plastic, and it does not like to be washed.

The houses and coupler for the washer is on the left, and the hoses and the coupler for the DW is on the right.

Why, then, do I connect the washer to the faucet and wonder why the dishwasher is not filling up with water?

SHOOT ME NOW!

LOL and the proper answer to

"I think I'm losing my mind" is..........?

DING DING DING DING...

1 That presumes you had one, first!

OR

2- You can't miss what you never had!

LOL (Ducks and runs)

Hi Jim!

It's model# GLTR1670AS0

Electrolux Home Products, Inc
Augusta GA, USA

115vac, 60Hz, 12amps

July, 2002 is the date on the label/nameplate

Quirks:

Occasionally takes a tiny pee on floor when heavily loaded. Appears to be from the boot area.

Bleach dispenser releases into FIRST RINSE. When not using bleach, I put my cheap watery supermaket-brand gallon-jug softener in there, just as a suds/foam cutter/reducer. I prefer clear/clean water rinses (i.e. no chemicals) after softener.

Lawrence:

Don't feel bad about washing your wallet (or billfold in southern speak). I've done it twice in the past year. You get that sinking feeling when you see little bits of papers floating around in the rinse water.
Here is a hint I took. On insurance cards that are paper, have them laminated. At least when you wash them, they won't be damaged.
The last time I washed a wallet it was only about a month old and it was a very expensive leather! I'm still pissed at myself for not being more careful. And I usually check the pockets of stuff going into the washer!

I once searched for my car keys for 30 minutes--They were in the door.

I had a minor accident once time, couldn't find the proof of insurance. Searched and searched--it was in my left hand.

What are you talking into @$$hole?

I was on the cell phone with my boss who called me from the office while I was at home (I was about to go into the field).

As I was loading my pockets for the day (money keys wallet, change-purse, holster and phone) I could not find my cell phone in any of the normal places.

OY VEY!

1 That presumes you had one, first! Answer: Not that I'm aware of.

2- You can't miss what you never had! Answer: What was the question again?

Yesterday must have been a bad day all around. Went downstairs to wash some work clothes, and there was a load still soaking in the Maytag from last night oy vey!

pic.

Can you see the scratches I made on the timer indicator dial in the "Whites" cycle to indicate the four rinses?

Hey Eugene: What is the difference between the Colors (read: Permanent Press) and the Whites cycles/programmes?

Is it simply fewer spins between rinses?

The short cycle is W-R-R-S. I tend to use it as R-R-R-S (Extra rinses) OR for whites: Prewash- bleach-rinse-spin and then on to the main cycle.

The Knits/Delicates cyle is too slow for my taste (long pauses between direction changes) and sometimes upon starting the wash phase fills up, then immediately drains out (without rotating the cylinder).

Suggestion: One simply has to find a man with a six-pack or eight-pack upon which to to do their stockings and unmetionables. [this post was last edited: 5/27/2010-10:53]
