My dad does furniture refinishing/repair as a hobby. He called me this afternoon, said someone brought an oak ice box to be tweaked-up. Fellow had it in his house, next to a modern stainless SxS, decorative/storage item, wasn't using it for the intended function. Dad said it appears to be in good condition, other than whatever exterior finish tweaking he may do to it. The fellow apparently made indications that he might would sell it, or maybe even give it away. Dad asked if I want it. He said he'd consider offering $100. Sorry, I don't have a pic. Any thoughts? Anybody interested? Venus????
