Does anyone know where I could pick up the cleaning solution to de slime and clean the water resevoir and drain system of a Commercial Ice Machine ?

Until recently our local ABC-TV affilliate had a consumer reporter named Marvin Zindler who actually was always on the lookout for Slime in the Ice Machine. He was a real hoot!
