Anyone ID this KA dw as to what series/years? and is it Hobart or WP made?

Sounds like a series 22 Imperial.  That "1220" in the model number is probably I220.  The 22's date back to the early 90's.

Yes, this is an Imperial model from the 1992 era. I found one owners manual online with a July 1992 date. Has reversing motor and dual level wash with automatic water heating is was reasonable quiet for its day.
