I can't believe the number of dumb things I've been doing lately. I am in the midst of chemo and recently had my pain meds adjusted and a few new ones thrown into the daily buffet of drugs. The medical industry often makes reference to chemo brain. I think I had it before treatment and now I have it in Spades!
I played cards last night and I was embarrassed at making so many wrong plays. I guess my New Years resolution will be slow down, carry a check list and proof read.
I was rereading my post in the Secret Santa thread and realized I had thanked the right person but given credit to Appliancesville name of the person I shopped for. Please accept my apologies, Terry, tiee618 and another thank you while I'm at it.

Kelly, I was on painkillers for a month due to an issue with my left knee/leg and I felt like I lost 40 IQ points the whole time I was taking them. I can't imagine dealing with chemo on top of that. Take care, chef!
 
I can sympathize as well..I have arthritis in my legs and feet and restless leg syndrome so i when i take all my drugs i am quite tipsy at time..So i only take em as needed...

BTW-Good luck with the Chemo.. I have a few Sqanemous Cancer cells in my neck that are treated with very mild doeses of chemo and a minor operation and it makes ya Cu Cu (i know thats not how it's spelled).... But mine is very minor and i know i will be ok, after the operation.. Chad

The other day I downed my meds, showered, went to shave, and confused my Nivea Sensitive shave cream with the Scrubbing Bubbles foam cleaner, lol!

It was definitely NOT a sensitive skin formula but it actually had a much more pleasant fragrance....
