two blue balls.....are you sure you want to brag about that.....

although, were always game for pics or videos how your balls work.....it would be a first I think, don't recall seeing any videos of this on YouTube....opps!, I was wrong, there are some...just not real exciting

but as mentioned in another thread....what is so hard about adding a dispenser to the balance ring of the machine like the Avanti has......here it is at the 3 o'clock position.....not to mention waterfalls, powered by the impellor...and a lint filter...

just puzzles me, a 300.00 portable has more features than a 600.00 full size machine has....

I just remember using one when I was in the states with a Whirlpool top loader and on two occasions it wrecked my clothes by dispensing the softener during the final spin instead of the rinse causing stains.

They're at best a "hack"

another puzzling thought with using the DownyBall in a Cabrio/Bravos type machine.....

these machines start out with a few spins to gauge the size of the loads your jamming into it......granted its not a high speed spin, but wondering would it be enough to trigger the ball into dispensing too early....

mine doesn't use the ball, but I am going to throw it in, just to see what happens...

as with this guy, doesn't seem to need a lot of force causing it to 'pop' open.....

fun facts.......

I got a hold of P&G, as to when the DownyBall was actually invented.....

they put me through to who manufactures them.....

actually the patents and licensed belong to and made by the Nehemiah Manufacturing [email protected]

it was invented in 1960....
