That is a Cataract washer from the 1900 Corporation who is now known as-------Whirlpool.They were out around 1922-1930. it is a rocker meaning it rocks back and forth to wash and or rinse the clothes. One of those things you'd be deathly afraid of and have nightmares about that hid in your grandparent's basement or cellar.
