Inglis citation

Hi! Really glad to joint people who like thing that last!

I've got and old set of maytag wssher and dryer ('83 era) and found an old inglis citation 2 who would need tlc since it's making noise like a pulley when the agitator is working.it's coing from underneat.

Is there a manual i could find to repair it?

Pierre, if it is a rat-a-tat noise from your Maytag and it still runs right, it may be the motor pulley. Back years ago I stumbled on this site and the very knowledgeable people here told me it was in fact the motor pulley. That part cost $28 and it runs like it came out of the box new, 40 years ago.

Hi wayupnorth, it's not a maytag since they don't break ha ! Ha! But it's for my Inglis citation . I've try to pull of the agitator but was just able to lube it by the bolt on the top and it seems like it's noisier now... i've try looking at some of the pulley and they seems fine for what i know... at first it's fine and then it rattles.

Sorry Pierre, I misunderstood which washer you meant. I have had my Maytag washer and dryer for 40 years now and Ya, they dont break.
