Yep! Inglis is Whirlpool's Canadian line. I read how that developed in an on-line history of Whirlpool recently, but I can't quote the specifics.
For some odd reason, Best-Buy here in Charlotte had a couple Inglis machines on the floor recently. I don't know if that was by design or if there was a shipping error somewhere. I had always been told that Inglis was Canadian only and were in many cases just a re-badged WP with a few custom cosmetics, etc.

Inglis at Best Buy
It's not a mistake. Inglis is/was being sold at Best Buy in the US. Can't say it still is, I didn't notice any last time I was at a Best Buy, but neither did I specifically have a look-see.
