Australian Washer collections

Hi Chris and Leon thanks for posting. Glad you guys got to visit. Can’t wait to get back over there again sometime myself.

Thanks for sharing pictures of your collection Nathan and Leon. Your collections are growing and looking great, are you bringing many things home Chris?

You guys look great. I haven’t seen you in person in a while. It’s time to get back to work on our museum here that’s for sure. It never really recovered from Covid.

Hi Leon, I think I still have some Maytag control panels here for you. We’ll have to get those sent if you still need them.

How totally fun Paul and I'm so glad you got to meet Nathan and Leon. Great pictures of you guys and their amazing collections. I too would like to come to Australia within the next few years.

Enjoy the rest of your snowbird-ing time!

It was great to see you guys as well, it was a terrific evening. Chris copes very well with being a washer widow at these events, although I think he and Michael drank their way through our festivities :)

I'm glad you enjoyed Brisbane, hopefully Cairns plays nicely for you before you head back home and hopefully we can catch up again soon

Is that an 80's Bendix pair I spy?

Hi Leon,

My mum had the washer and I desperately wanted one when I left home. I couldn't afford it at the time though. It was a wonderful machine and seemed to manage distribution and spin-up better than any I've seen before or since.

Thanks for sharing all the photos of your wonderful collection.

Cheers,

Nick
