KENWOOD has added induction heating technology to its classic Kenwood Chef kitchen appliance.
On the Kenwood Cooking Chef KM070, the temperature ranges between 20°C to 140°C in the three-litre cooking and mixing capacity bowl, while an accurate variable control allows for several different cooking uses – from gentle warming to boiling.
The timing function allows the user to set the cooking time on a countdown ranging from five seconds to three hours.
Users can switch between the temperature and the timer display on the LCD screen at the touch of a button.
When the blue LED flashes, this indicates the temperature has not yet been reached, or when the stirring or pulse functions are in operation.
New advanced bowl tools have also been specifically developed for the Kenwood Cooking Chef. It also comes with essential kitchen attachments, including a power whisk, high-temperature flexible beater, an AT339 stainless steel blender and an AT640 food processor.
A brand new steam basket has also been added, which fits within the top of the bowl and can be used in the same way as a conventional steamer for vegetables, chicken, seafood and desserts.
The Kenwood Cooking Chef KM070 is available from October and will retail for £999.99..."""
