It seems that Kenmore isn’t popular anymore, even if they are sold on Amazon now. It seems that Sears closing really impacted the brand’s popularity.

In the 2010s, Kenmore was one of the most popular brands, right next to Maytag and Whirlpool. But, ever since 2020, Kenmores weren’t a common choice and I don’t see much reviews on Kenmore’s newest products.

I’m surprised Kenmore didn’t go out of business. Kenmore washers aren’t made by Whirlpool, they are made by Midea, Whirlpool, and LG.

At this point, Kenmore washers are selling just as bad as the Crosleys.

Kenmore was never a manufacturer of appliances, it is a store brand name only. Most of their large appliance history is tied to them having being built by Whirpool, but that was not always the case. D&M built many of their dishwashers, as did Bosch later on . Stoves where built by Whirlpool but also by Tappan and others iirc. Vacuums were built early on by Birtman, then Matushita (panasonic) and others as well. The stores are gone, only the name lives on in licensing agreements with various manufacturers for different product lines. Same with Craftsman tools.

Ahhhh!!!! Amazon!
Amazon would sell your mother if you let them.
I dislike a lot of "online sales" mega-companies.

I think at one point that Kenmore vacuums were also made by Eureka.

I never said they made appliances I know they are a store brand. Some of their newer appliances were built by Midea, LG, and some of the stacks were from GE. Kenmore stacks (the older ones) were made by WCI.
