The reason why we have seasons is because the earth is tilted on it's axis, so maybe the tilted just a little deeper here recently than it used to be.

That is an interesting thought, but the sunrise and sunset times would then have changed (which they haven't)across the entire world if that were the case.
 
The earth axis being different...

Didn't the Boxing Day tsunami supposedly move the Earth's axis by 1 or 2 degrees... perhaps this could support that theory more, especially since it has only been happening in the last year or two?

The tsunami did indeed affect the earth's axis, but not the tilt of it. Rather, the axis wobbles between 2 and 12 meters in a circle on the surface of the earth at the poles. For complex reasons the location and strength of the tsunami has affected the nature of this wobble, which is more or less independent of the tilt of 23 degree. In any case, it would not be expected to affect global weather patterns. Much more likely is the cumulative effect of about 120 years of industrial development, more commonly known as the greenhouse effect.
